Casa Raphael
Casa Raphael is located in Roncegno Terme (Valsugana, Trentino), and is housed in an important building of historical and artistic value dating back to the end of the 19th century, with sumptuous frescoed rooms for meals and recreation. A 4-star hotel from the Belle Époque, immersed in the extraordinary natural surroundings of a hundred-year-old park.
There are also many large communal areas available, such as the Bar Area, with billiards and games, the Fireside Room, which houses our library, and the Ballroom, which is also used for conferences of international significance.

Since 1990

The main body of the building consists of a large thermal spa therapy area, with medical clinics, a swimming pool, Kneipp path and a rehabilitation room for physiotherapy.
At Casa Raphael you can benefit from the expertise of our doctors and therapists and the meticulous care of a highly qualified and motivated staff.
During the day, we care for the body; in the evening, we focus on the mind, through leisure and learning. The evening programme at Casa Raphael is renewed weekly and includes readings, concerts, traditional dances, meetings with the Chef and our Doctors.
The cuisine in our restaurant reflects the Mediterranean diet with exclusively organic and locally sourced food, with special attention to personal allergies and intolerances.

Among the pearls of the Valsugana area are countless malghe and masi (shepherd's huts), such as Maso Albio, a historic building owned by Casa Raphael that now hosts our organic vegetable garden and orchard.
A new massage centre and beauty centre offering natural cosmetic treatments guarantee moments of pure relaxation and self-care.

Valsugana is the ideal destination for a sustainable holiday in Trentino, discovering unique places while respecting nature. Find out how to make your wellness and care stay truly special!
The Roncegno thermal Park is related to the thermal baths, built there in 1860 on the remains of an ancient building for reeling silk. The southern area was a large wooded area with tall trees and a natural appearance, enriched by elements such as a wooden kiosk, fountains and a canopy for shooting. The northern area was a well-kept rose garden with borders, annuals and pruned hedges.
Today, the park preserves small historical structures, such as a former wooden tennis building, a chapel, and a small hill. The circular kiosk, next to a gushing fountain and the tree-lined avenue, offers visitors a place to rest and a vantage point.
Many non-native trees are present. In particular, a huge Cedar of Lebanon and several species of Sequoias, planted over a century ago and still thriving today.
In the park, you can also admire the ancient thermal baths made of stone, which have welcomed important guests such as the actress Eleonora Duse, members of the Habsburgs and distinguished medical professors from the Triveneto region. These testify to our long-standing commitment to wellness and personal care.
Immersed in nature, we also harvest all its power: in our galenical laboratory we create the products that form the basis of many of our medical therapies and beauty treatments.
